The G7 Ministers of Science met in Frankfurt from 12 to 14 June, to foster progress in science and research for a sustainable future that benefits all people.

G7 Future of Seas and Oceans Initiative

The G7 Future of the Seas and Oceans Coordination Centre carries out the activities of the initiative under the guidance of the G7 FSOI Working Group. The EU Action Coordination is funded through the European Union’s Partnership Instrument as part of the EU4OceanObs project, and is hosted by Mercator Ocean International. The UK Office is funded through the UK Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy and hosted by the National Oceanography Centre.
